Brad Paisley Honors Senator John McCain at Virginia Concert
As Americans nationwide mourn the death of Senator John McCain, who died this Saturday of brain cancer, country star Brad Paisley took a moment at his Bristow, Virginia concert this weekend to honor the influential politician and war hero.
Paisley paid homage to McCain on Saturday night with a performance of 2005's soulful "When I Get Where I'm Going" off of his album Time Well Wasted followed by the display of McCain's photo on the big screen. See a brief clip from a fan in attendance below.

On Instagram, Paisley shared two photos from the show featuring the McCain tribute alongside a moving caption. "We lost an American hero today," he wrote. "Thank you for your service to our country, and your bravery, Sen. McCain."
