Beyoncé’s “Formation” music video, which she dropped the night before she performed the song at the Super Bowl, was full of tiny details that you had to re-watch the video to find — and the nail art was no exception. Manicurist Lisa Logan used NCLA’s Check Me Down checkered nail wraps ($16) to create the nail look for the video, which was a celebration of southern blackness and black womanhood. Beyoncé’s jewelry — including the rings — was from Fallon and Dylanlex, two American-made jewelry companies known for their statement pieces, fit for a queen. You may not be wearing custom Gucci jumpsuits like Queen Bey, but you can at least get her nails.
