Author Paul Theroux's iconic novel The Mosquito Coast about a paranoid inventor who flees the U.S., bringing his family along with him, takes on a new form in Apple TV+'s adaptation starring his nephew, actor Justin Theroux.

The latest entry into the AppleTV+ originals catalogue is Schmigadoon!, a comedy starring Cecily Strong and Keegan-Michael Key that's been described as both both a "parody of" and a "heartfelt homage to" the Golden Age of movie musicals. The unhappy couple stumbles upon a town in the woods where people routinely burst into song and they're stuck there until they "find true love."
Color us intrigued.
