Best red carpet fashion at the 2024 BAFTAs

There was plenty of red carpet pizzazz on display at the 2024 BAFTAs in London on Sunday, as some of Hollywood’s top talent gathered for the British film industry’s equivalent to the Oscars.

While there was no sign of Catherine, Princess of Wales this year as she continues her recovery from abdominal surgery, her husband Prince William appeared at the ceremony at London’s Royal Festival Hall in his capacity as president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.

And although there were few surprises in terms of winners — the most nominated movie, ”Oppenheimer,” lead the charge with nine wins — things were a little less predictable on the red carpet with a variety of trends on display, from old Hollywood glamour to ab-flashing cutouts and peach-colored dresses a-plenty.
