Saddle up and get ready to be amazed by the first event of many in the series Sip & Savor–the new property-wide, expert pairing series where Fontainebleau Las Vegas teams up with some of the most revered beverage partners in the world to bring exclusive dining events throughout the resort’s restaurant collection.

The series kicks off Monday, May 20th at Don's Prime Steakhouse, featuring six extremely rare wines from Napa Valley’s historic Promontory Winery, alongside masterful dishes from the mind of Executive Chef Patrick Munster. Five of the six wine selections are sold out and not available anywhere else—Promontory Winery has pulled these vintages from the Harlan family's personal cellar to be featured exclusively at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for this momentous dinner.
