Aubrey Plaza just flaunted not only her newly blonde tresses this week, but also her epically toned figure and chic style! While gracing the Gotham Awards red carpet in New York City, the White Lotus star, 38, rocked a sparkly, white two-piece set composed of a long sleeved crop top that bared her washboard abs, and a curve-hugging, floor-length skirt with a high slit to emphasize her sculpted legs. The Parks & Recreation alum added gold gladiator-esque sandals to complete her look as she posed for photos at the Cipriani Wall Street event.

Plaza’s ensemble was covered in dazzling, crystal details, and she further shined with the help of diamond stud earrings by Graziela Gems. The Emily the Criminal actress also stunned fans with her voluminous blowout and newly blonde hair. Plaza, who typically rocks a dark, brunette hue, swapped this for a honey blonde, Marilyn Monroe-esque, side-parted bob that gave classic Old Hollywood glamour, with her own stylish twist, of course!

She styled her strands into elegant, loose waves, which drew more attention to her makeup look for the evening. Plaza went for a rosy smokey eye with black liner, voluminous mascara, radiant, glowing blush on her cheekbones, and topped it all off with a glossy, coral lip. She also painted her nails red, perhaps another hint to retro style.

Earlier this month, Plaza debuted her epic hair transformation at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ 13th annual Governors Awards in Los Angeles, and fans couldn’t get enough! On November 20th, Plaza uploaded a photo of herself with new blonde hair while wearing a backless halter dress with black straps in a post for her 3.4 million Instagram followers.
