If you follow celebrity culture in any way and you happened to look at the Internet on Monday, chances are pretty good that you saw at least one headline about Whitney Port getting married over the weekend.

Port, an alum of both The Hills and The City, has been engaged to her producer fiancé Tim Rosenman for almost two years. On Sunday, she posted a photo to Instagram that many have hailed as being her adoring public’s first look at the wedding—which was said to have taken place on Saturday.

But according to typically trustworthy gossip source Us Weekly, the rumors simply aren’t true. Whitney Port is not married!

Apparently, the photo of Port—which shows the 30-year-old in a soft, elegant updo, metallic smokey eyes, and a strapless white top—was taken during a test run of the hair and makeup she’ll be wearing on her actual wedding day. Of course, the fact that Port captioned the pic “Mrs. Rosenman” surely didn’t help to stop all the false reporting. Tricky!

So it seems that Whitney Port is still technically a single lady.
