Ashley Graham's go-to workout routine and smoothie recipe


It may be a dream to live a life just like one of your favorite celebs. But for these three Ashley Graham super fans, it became a dream come true when the model showed them the ropes of her daily routine.

During an exclusive meet-up with Graham for her go90 series The Ashley Graham Project, three fans got to spend the day with the plus-size supermodel who brought them through her workout routine before teaching them how to make her favorite healthy smoothie.

“I hate going to the gym just as much as the next girl,” Graham admits to the women, “but it’s imperative for me as a model and also as a woman just to keep my brain centered and focused because we have so much stress in the world, right?”

The high-intensity workout consisting of jump squats, kick squats and high knees is just one of Graham’s routines to get her heart rate pumping. But most importantly, the model mentions that she likes to keep it fun. After that, it’s time for a smoothie that will keep that energy level up throughout the rest of the day. Graham’s own recipe calls for mango, apple, kale, frozen blueberries, lemon and coconut water, which make for something both healthy and tasty.
