Anniston Changers have work to do Saturday
Oct. 10—The Anniston Changers will gather Saturday morning for another community service project.
Jackson Hodges, Anniston public relations director, said the changers have partnered with members of the Peach Basket Club Basketball system and will concentrate on cleaning and sprucing up areas in the city's core.
"Come and volunteer with us from 8-10 a.m. and let's clean up our community together," Hodges said.
Hodges said the scope of this Saturday's will be mowing properties and litter pickup. Hodges urges volunteers to bring lawnmowers, landscaping tools and gloves. Refreshments will be provided to every person who volunteers, he said.
Volunteers will meet at Zinn Park located at 101 W 14th St.
