Anderson Cooper Shares Adorable Baby Wyatt Update on Instagram
Although a recent entrant into the race, Anderson Cooper easily ranks among the best celebrity dads. Fans were first clued in to this (not that surprising) upset in June, when the news anchor opened up his nursery for a tour and revealed that he'd been saving his childhood stuffed animals all this time so he could put them in his own kid's room. And now, a pair of new father-son photos, posted on Cooper's Instagram, have solidified his top slot.
In one photo, Cooper hold his baby while looking in the camera, and in the second, gives him a good smooch on the cheek. "Wyatt is 10 weeks old and doing great. He likes naps and milk, bath time and being read to. Thank you for all your lovely cards and messages!" he shared in the comment.

It's the first Instagram update on Wyatt that Cooper has shared since his son was born in late April. At the time, he explained the meaning behind Wyatt Morgan Cooper's name (Wyatt after his father, Morgan because it's a family name on his mother's side, which Anderson's parents had even considered using for him).
"I do wish my mom and dad and my brother, Carter, were alive to meet Wyatt, but I like to believe they can see him," Cooper wrote in the comment. "I imagine them all together, arms around each other, smiling and laughing, happy to know that their love is alive in me and in Wyatt, and that our family continues."
