With a new year—and decade—fast approaching, runners are likely taking this time to set new goals and fill up their running calendar for the next year. Setting goals can help you improve your running, and if you’re still not sure how your next year of running will look, pull some inspiration from one of these running resolutions. We also asked runners via Instagram post what their upcoming plans are for a little extra motivation. Many people are reaching for a new PR, tackling bigger mileage, or finally completing their dream marathon.
While some runners are already mapping out how many miles they’ll log in 2020, others plan to go above and beyond. Here are some of our favorite New Year’s running resolutions.

Get Started
