7 Jambalaya Recipes to Heat Things Up in Your Kitchen
We admit it: We have a huge crush on New Orleans, where the breezes are warm and sweet, there’s jazz playing on every corner, and it’s totally legal (even encouraged!) to walk down the street with a cocktail in your hand. And maybe most of all, we love the food—especially the city’s signature jambalaya, a mix of rice, shrimp, chicken, sausage, veggies and plenty of spice. Most recipes come together in less than an hour, only use one pot, and are perfect for a crowd. Here are seven of our favorites.
