To make a candy-themed wreath that's as sweet as can be, first spray-paint various sizes of flat wood rounds, wooden balls, and a wooden floral craft ring with white spray paint. Then, paint peppermint stripes on rounds and balls with red craft paint. Once dry, spray with adhesive and sprinkle with diamond dust glitter. Finally, wrap a long length of striped wired ribbon around the ring and attach glittered rounds and balls with hot glue. Finish off your wreath with a striped bow and attach with hot glue.
Gift Bow Wreath
To turn store-bought bows into a jolly wreath, attach a loop of floral wire around a 16-inch styrofoam wreath form. Then, hot glue gift bows to the front and sides of the form. Keep it festive with a classic red-and white combo or mix in powder blue for a wintry look.

For a door decoration that's anything but cookie-cutter, use red twist ties to string star-shaped cookie cutters together, then hang it all with a pretty red ribbon.
Potpourri Wreath
For something a little more unexpected, put together this sweet-smelling potpourri door hanger. To make, hot-glue large pieces of potpourri to a wreath form, spacing them evenly around the form. Once dry, repeat with medium-size pieces, then fill in the blank spaces with small pieces. Finally, loop a ribbon through your wreath to hang.
Star Wreath
Eucalyptus, green sprigs, and neutral ribbon can transform an ordinary wire tree topper into a farmhouse-inspired piece of door decor.

For an unexpected piece of decor, hang up a pair of vintage ice skates and jazz them up with a bunches of evergreen, a fluffy pom-pom “snowball," and mini silver ornaments.
Ornament Rainbow Wreath
Group ornaments by color on a faux evergreen wreath — placing warm shades (pink, red, orange, yellow, gold) on one side and cool tones (blue, purple, green, silver) on the other — to create a cool rainbow effect.
Shimmery Swag
Metallic painted leaves make this front door swag extra-festive. To start, spray-paint 5 to 7 leaves each gold and silver. Then, wrap one end of a floral wire several times around one end of a dowel, then wrap it along the length of the dowel, spread about half an inch apart. Next, wrap it several times around the other end, then cut and secure the end through the wrapped wire. Place one green leaf at the bottom of the dowel, and wrap its stem and the dowel with floral wire to attach them together. About 2 inches higher, place 3 leaves (2 green and 1 metallic) onto the dowel. Wrap the stems and dowel with floral wire as before to secure. Continue up the dowel, using 2 to 4 leaves at a time and mixing up the color combinations. For the top half, space the leaves closer to look fuller.
Once complete, loop 6 inches of floss through an assortment of gold and silver ornaments and bells. Starting from the top with the largest ornament, tie them to the dowel every few inches between the leaves and trim the excess. Draw a line of hot glue down the back of the dowel to secure everything. Finally, use floral wire to hang the swag from a hook or a door knocker, then wrap ribbon around the top of the swag and tie it into a bow, covering the wire.
Green Door Swag
Using floral wire, bundle together yew, holly, spruce, and eucalyptus, which you can then secure and hang with a green ribbon. Add some green and silver baubles if you're feeling extra fancy.
Basket Bouquet
Decorate a rustic tobacco basket with fresh greenery, bright berries, and pinecones, then add an oversized checkered bow as a finishing touch. Floral wire will help you keep your bundle together.
Mini Door Bell Trio
To make these clever "door bells," stack mini molds and Bundt pans to form bell shapes; affix together using epoxy. Hot-glue small ornaments to the bottom to create the clappers. Glue ribbon loops and a bow to the top for hanging. Add a swag of greenery, if desired.
Star Burst
This wreath couldn't be easier (or cheaper!) to put together, since it's made with red and white striped straws.
Bottlebrush Tree Wreath
Add a dusting of artificial snow to a faux evergreen wreath, and then add mini bottlebrush trees along the bottom of the wreath to really make it pop.
