One thing you can be sure of: Mariah Carey will always hit a high note. (She completed the bottle cap challenge using only her voice, folks.) But what you may have forgotten is that the Songbird Supreme has crazy toned abs. Yep, she is the proud owner of a count-em-up six-pack.
The proof is in the popstar's latest Instagram, in which Mariah is wearing a tiny black bikini and strutting along in heels. Both the swimsuit and the singer sparkle, and her hair flutters in the wind behind her. Mimi is always a star, but her abs are abs-olutely stealing the show. She captioned the snap, "From the summer to the fall, we migrate #bye," in a nod to her hit song, "Migrate."

With abs like those, clearly Mariah is migrating to more places than the club or the party (though the dance floor always provides a good cardio opp). She's been working with a personal trainer, per Hollywood Life. Mariah also works with a nutritionist and opts for lean protein in her diet. Plus, she eliminated processed sugar from her diet completely and instead calms sweet tooth cravings with fruit.
