At 48, Heidi Klum Rocks Killer Lingerie On IG—And Her Entire Bod Is Total #Fitspo
  • Heidi Klum recently took to Instagram to post the most sizzling snaps you ever did see.

  • In the photos, the 48-year-old supermodel and TV host is rocking nothing but lingerie and tights—and wow, her abs are beyond toned. And her legs are incredibly sculpted!

  • So, how does she do it? Well, Heidi is the queen of long outdoor runs. She also works out in the gym at least twice a week—even when she's not feeling it.


Heidi Klum lives a jet-set life and she's currently spending time in Las Vegas—where she celebrated the launch of the world’s very first NFT art and music festival, AFTERPARTY. Naturally, Heidi totally lived it up in her hotel room. The 48-year-old supermodel and TV host posed by a window wearing some gorgeous lingerie that totally showed off her ultra-toned abs, legs, and arms. And she's looking super strong and fit!

"What happens in Vegas …….??," she captioned the killer snaps.

Lately, Heidi has been staying in shape by getting in some dance moves. Case in point: She came up with some moves to her new song with Snoop Dogg, "Chai Tea with Heidi." And girl's got some serious rhythm!

But back to her super-strong bod. She's definitely a cardio fan and loves to run. "My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

She doesn't love to spend time in the gym, but she does it twice a week. She told Buro in 2016, "I don't really exercise that much. I mean, two times a week for sure. I will do the StairMaster I've got at home or a running machine…Sometimes I'll do some little weights while I'm running."

She also eats a healthy diet (on most days). Heidi starts her day with an egg white omelette with green pepper, spring onion, spinach, and parsley, with a side of fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Lunch is usually a protein (chicken, turkey, or tuna) paired with some grains and more veggies, she shared with Women's Health UK.

But she also treats herself from time to time: “It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation,” she told Glamour. “If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger.”
