Satu'li Bowl
The star of Pandora's Satu'li Canteen, these bowls are unlike anything you'll find in all of Walt Disney World. Guests can choose from four proteins (beef, chicken, fish or tofu), four bases (sweet potato hash, brown rice, quinoa veggie salad, and romaine and kale salad), - and three sauces (herb dressing, charred onion chimichurri and a black bean vinaigrette) There are more than 48 possible combinations and all of them are served with a crunchy slaw and tangy yogurt boba balls. Definitely one of the best and more delicious healthy options in any of the parks.

Frozen Flamingo
This kid-friendly drink is a welcome respite from the hot (or African, if you're playing along) sun. A slushy mixture of strawberry and passion fruit, the real fun of this drink is the Instagrammable cup, which also serves as an ocarina ready to make music -- or annoy a sibling -- in equal measure.

Warm Colossal Cinnamon Roll
This dinner plate-sized cinnamon roll definitely turns heads if you are snacking on it while walking through the park. The combination of classic icing and cinnamon-sugar butter makes this gigantic breakfast treat one worth hunting down first thing.

Blueberry Cheesecake
Inspired by the colors of Avatar's Na'vi, this dessert is more than just a pretty face. Rich and creamy cheesecake is infused with blueberry and topped with a passion fruit curd and white chocolate. It'll make even the most skeptical Pandora travelers smile ... and eat every bite.

Chocolate Cake
The less flashy dessert available at Pa Dora's main eatery is a must-try for chocolate lovers. Incredibly rich and decadent, this cake is covered in a crunchy cookie layer, and topped with sweet goji berries.

Night Blossom
Possibly the most Instagram-friendly item at Disney World, the Night Blossom has made a name for itself in a very short amount of time. The drink features layers of desert pear and apple limemade and is topped with passion fruit boba balls, and for those willing to pay, a glowing "unadelta seed." It tastes like a super-sweet Sour Patch Kid, and is actually a pretty refreshing way to celebrate that you made it through the three-hour Flight of the Passage line.

French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese
These are WAY better than they need to be, and while pretty heavy for theme park food, totally worth it — especially if you're sharing. Crispy fries are topped with tender pulled pork, cheese sauce, barbecue sauce, and diced green peppers. Cheese fry bliss = achieved

Cheeseburger Steamed Pods
I have to say I'm impressed with Disney's sense of adventure with this dish. Each pull-apart bao bun is stuffed with cheeseburger fixings like ketchup, mustard and pickle. Served with addictive root vegetable chips and topped with tangy yogurt boba balls, this was actually my favorite dish in Pandora.

Smokey Bones Chocolate Shake
Disney World can be tough on parents ... or even adults without kids. Let's face it, after waiting in lines for up to 2 hours, witnessing countless 3 pm temper tantrums (just go to the pool at your hotel people!), and just general annoyance with crowds, you could use a drink. This boozy milkshake goes all in with a generous amount of Knob Creek bourbon, candied bacon, and whipped cream. The real rub is how fast you've got to drink it before it becomes a melty mass .. but maybe it's for the best so as to feel its effects as fast as possible.

Grilled Chicken BLT Sandwich
The newest item at the massive Restaurantosaurus, this thing is legit. Grilled chicken gets the BLT treatment with an assist from a spicy aioli and the MVP— toasted Parmesan crumbles.

Buffalo Chicken Chips
While wings would make perfect sense at this Dino-themed kiosk, the real star are these buffalo-y take on nachos. Seasoned chips are loaded with topped pulled Buffalo chicken, arugula, celery, tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese and bleu cheese dressing. Again, it sounds heavy AF, but after walking the park's 580 acres, you'll need a hearty snack.

Seasoned Fries With Tzatziki Salad
Weird to imagine, these fries are a remarkably refreshing snack to help you make it to your next safari. Pro tip: There is a killer view of the Tree of Life from the patio behind Mr. Kamal's so pull up a chair, enjoy these zesty fries topped with zatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Sriracha ketchup while snapping the perfect photo unencumbered by crowds.

Teylu All-Beef Hot Dog
This is worth ordering from the kid's menu, even if you have no children traveling with you. The dish is a classic hot dog wrapped up in a Parker House-style dough. Served with the root vegetable chips, it's a great option for kids who might be too picky for some of the other items on the menu, but still want something special.

Baked Mac & Cheese with Shrimp
Sometimes it rains in Florida, and it can get downright chilly. Those are the times for this amazing take on mac and cheese. Slathered in a sweet chili sauce and topped with a generous portion (considering the serving size) of shrimp, this is way better than it needs to be and gives guests a a comfort food option that, because of it's small size, won't weigh you down ... too much.
