Fruit Pizzas
What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + fresh fruit (like berries and mint) + cream cheese frosting (8 ounces cream cheese, softened; ½ cup confectioners’ sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla)
What to Do: Bake cookie dough according to package directions. Spread cream cheese frosting on each cooled cookie, then garnish with fresh fruit and mint.

Nutella Cookie Cups
What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + one jar of Nutella
What to Do: For the cookie cups: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then place them into a mini-muffin tin. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Using a shot glass, make wells for the Nutella. Add about a tablespoon of Nutella into each well. Let cups cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing them.

What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + any flavor ice cream + sprinkles
What to Do: Bake according to package “cut-out cookie” instructions. Try using a star-shaped cookie cutter for a festive look. Then, add your favorite ice cream and toppings!

Cookie Sticks
What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + white chocolate and milk chocolate for dipping + chopped pecans + mini chocolate chips + sprinkles
What to Do: Bake according to package “cut-out cookie” instructions. Once dough is rolled out, use a pizza cutter to cut ½-inch strips. Place on baking sheet and bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Allow cookie sticks to cool completely before dipping into melted chocolates. Top with chopped nuts, sprinkles or your favorite topping.

Sugar Cookie Truffles
What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + chocolate + cream cheese, softened
What to Do: Bake according to package instructions. Place cooled cookies into a food processor and process into fine crumbs. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cream cheese to crumbs and process until mixture comes together. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate and dip balls into chocolate, then return to baking sheet to set.

“Watermelon” Sugar Cookies
What You’ll Need: 1 roll store-bought cookie dough + green food coloring + store-bought pink frosting + mini chocolate chips
What to Do: Add about 10 drops of green coloring to dough and knead thoroughly. Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes. Roll out dough. Use a 4-inch round cookie cutter to cut out circles, then cut circles in half to create “wedges.” Place the half circles (or wedges) on baking sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Decorate cooled cookies with pink frosting and top with mini chocolate chips — aka watermelon seeds!
