• Fri., Jan. 5 — REP shopping window opens. Consumers may begin comparing and choosing an electric provider.

• Fri., Jan. 5 — REP shopping fair; 3-8 p.m.; Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

• Sat., Jan. 6 — REP shopping fair; 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

• Mon., Jan. 22 — REP shopping fair; 3-8 p.m.; Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

• Tues., Jan. 23 — REP shopping fair; 3-8 p.m.; Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

• Sat., Feb. 10 — REP shopping fair; 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.

• Mon., March 4 — Final transition to the competitive retail electric market.

• March 2024 — Customers will receive their last electric bill from the City of Lubbock. Lubbockites will continue to receive a bill from the city for water, sewer, trash and other city utilities.
