Willie Nelson Releases Self-Titled Single From Upcoming Album ‘The Border’
American country legend Willie Nelson is all set to release her new studio album The Border on May 31st. The singer has now released the self-titled single from the album.
Willie Nelson’s album The Border will have an exclusive LP edition of the album. It would be pressed on an orange vinyl. There would be a vinyl version offered by the D2C store that would include a 12×12” lyric book, which would feature the artwork and extensive listening notes by the writer Mikal Gilmore and photos by Pamela Springsteen.

Willie Nelson’s album songs are co-written by Rodney Crowell and Allen Shamblin for Crowell’s 2019 Texas album. The album talks about the inner struggles and outer life stories of a border guard.
The producer of the album is Buddy Cannon, the album showcases Willie Nelson as the lead vocalist, Bobby Terry on guitar, James Mitchell plays the electric guitar, Jim Moose Brown on synthesizer and piano, Fred Eltringham in drums, Barry Bales for upright bass.
The album’s art cover portrays the Big Bend border area between Texas and Mexico, which elevates the thematic elements of the songs. Through this album, Wellie Nelson tries to resonate with his fans and hopes to set a new benchmark with the new single.
