Watch the first trailer for 'Survivor,' featuring Pierce Brosnan as an assassin

The first trailer for the action-thriller Survivor, starring Milla Jovovich and Pierce Brosnan, has been released. 

The film follows a Foreign Service officer (Jovovich) based out of London who attempts to prevent a terrorist attack in New York, but has to go on the run from a talented assassin (Brosnan) after she’s framed. The trailer mainly consists of scenes of Jovovich running away from Brosnan, some big explosions, and Brosnan aiming different guns at Jovovich.

The film was written by Phil Selby and co-stars Dylan McDermott, Angela Bassett and Robert Forster.

Survivor will be released in theaters and VOD on May 29.
