Watch as This Makeup Artist Turns Herself Into Steve Buscemi Before Your Eyes
A cautionary tale about YouTube: click on the wrong makeup tutorial before a big night out, and you may end up looking like Steve Buscemi. On the other hand, if looking like Steve Buscemi is one of your personal goals, then the internet is about to make your dreams come true. Makeup artist Katelyn Galloway, a.k.a. Kiki G., has uploaded a jaw-dropping video of herself transforming into a Buscemi clone, with the help of some very skilled shading and contouring. Watch the metamorphosis above.

Kiki G. doesn’t specify why she chose Buscemi for her latest makeup transformation. (In previous videos, she has turned herself into television characters Ron Swanson and Buster Bluth.) But Buscemi, who rose to fame with supporting roles in films like Fargo, The Big Lebowski, and Reservoir Dogs, has firmly established himself as one of the internet’s favorite celebrities. In a meme that started in 2011, Photoshop wizards replaced the eyes of celebrities with Buscemi’s eyes, with unsettling results. More recently, a young man from Wisconsin pulled off a viral prank when he replaced all the family photographs in his parents’ house with photos of Buscemi. And now, this video shows us that it’s possible for anyone to become Buscemi, given the right set of tools. If you try it, though, you should probably steer clear of wood chippers.
