Prince William Warms Up for Polo by Doing Yoga in White Jeans

Yoga in jeans? Hey, it works if you’re a royal.

Prince William was spotted warming up for his charity match at the Audi Polo Challenge on Saturday by doing several yoga stretches alongside his teammates. While his warmup gear might seem a bit surprising (specifically, the white jeans) it’s what the prince wore on the field, so it makes sense that he would be warming up in his gear.

While William stretched alongside his Team Audi Ultra teammates – which included professional polo players Luke and Mark Tomlinson and William Melville-Smith – his brother, Prince Harry was not seen at the pre-game yoga session.

Saturday’s polo match was a star-studded affair, drawing many celebrities looking to take in the game. William and Harry mingled with Mad Max: Fury Road actor Tom Hardy and his wife, Charlotte Riley, at the match and Harry even got in a quick photobomb with America’s Next Top Model contestant Winnie Harlow.

The princes also posed for a photo with singer (and friend-of-the-royals) Ellie Goulding.

One person who wasn’t there? Princess Kate, who is expected to pop up on the sidelines of a few of William’s more low-key polo matches this summer.

William and Harry are longtime polo fans and often take up the mallet for high-profile charity events. The princes’ office announced on Friday that since 2007, the brothers have raised a combined $13.9 million by playing polo for charity.
