'The View's Ana Navarro Makes a Bold Accusation Against Donald Trump's Comments on IVF
Ana Navarro isn't taking Donald Trump's latest controversial comments lightly.
During an episode of The View this week, Navarro slammed the outlandish claim Trump made during a town hall event on Tuesday, Oct. 15, where he called himself the "father of IVF."
While talking about his comments with her fellow The View co-hosts, Navarro insisted that when it comes to reproductive health care, Trump has "put women in great danger," as transcribed by Decider.

"He is not the father of IVF," she declared in the Thursday, Oct. 17 episode of the daytime talk show.
"He is the father of Dobbs," Navarro, 52, then claimed, referring to the Supreme Court's 2022 ruling in the Dobbs vs. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which revoked the constitutional right to abortion and opened the door for states to outlaw abortion.
The landmark decision has been directly linked to Trump's legacy, as he handpicked three of the conservative Supreme Court Justices—Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett—who contributed to the majority vote.
Navarro went on to say that the effect of Dobbs "has put women in great danger."
"It has put women almost on the verge of death and caused actual death," she emphasized.
Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, an ex-Trump aide, chimed in to say it was a "creepy comment" for Trump to make in regards to IVF and women's reproductive healthcare.
Despite claiming to be a champion for IVF, Trump has embraced his impact on the SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade, which he bragged about during his debate with Democratic presidential nominee and current VP Kamala Harris last month.
"I did a great service in doing it," Trump said of overturning Roe, per PBS. "It took courage to do it. And the Supreme Court had great courage in doing it, and I give tremendous credit to those six justices."
