Extra Innings Festival 2024 rolls into town with Chris Stapleton and Dave Matthews Band topping the bill alongside Noah Kahan, Turnpike Troubadours, Sheryl Crow, Elle King, Ryan Bingham and more on Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2.
Additional highlights of the baseball-themed festival include appearances from MLB legends Adrian Gonzalez, Ryan Braun, Tim Raines, Rollie Fingers and more.

What is the Extra Innings Festival 2024 in Tempe?
Extra Innings is a two-day festival combining live performances and baseball and is timed to coincide with Cactus League Spring Training. There are headlining acts and other bands on two stages plus lots of baseball-themed entertainment.
The on-site talk show, "Off the Mound with Ryan Dempster," will return to the Left Field Stage. The 2013 World Series champion and MLB Network analyst will host live interviews and performances from surprise guests including artists from the festival lineup, along with MLB players past and present.
The All-Star Jam hosted by Jake Peavy will also return to the Left Field Stage.
Where is the Extra Innings Festival 2024?
Extra Innings Festival is at Tempe Beach Park, 80 W. Rio Salado Parkway.
There are two entrances to the festival. The main entrance is at the northwest corner of Mill Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway. The secondary entrance is on Rio Salado Parkway at Lakeside Drive.
Is Extra Innings Festival Tempe kid friendly?
Yes. Extra Innings 2024 is an all-ages event. Children 7 and younger get in free with a ticketed adult.
How many stages are there at Extra Innings Festival Tempe?
There are three stages at Extra Innings Festival:
The Home Plate stage is the main stage, where Chris Stapleton and Dave Matthews Band are playing. It's the first stage as you enter the park.
The Right Field Stage is where you'll see Turnpike Troubadours, Morgan Wade and more. To get there, hang a left at the Home Plate Stage and walk along the lake.
The Left Field Stage is the smallest of the three. It's off to your left as you enter the park, along Rio Salado Parkway. That's where you'll find Off the Mound with Ryan Dempster.

Tickets are available at inningsfestival.com/extra/tickets or at the box office on the southeast corner of Mill Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway.
If you purchased your ticket within seven days of the festival, didn't receive your wristband or live outside the U.S., you will pick up your wristbands at will call located at the box office. Have your order confirmation and government-issued ID ready.
Box office hours are noon to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 1-2.
How to get to Extra Innings Festival in Tempe
Rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations are at 222 S. Mill Ave. and on Hardy Drive near the intersection with Rio Salado Parkway.
Valley Metro light rail riders can use the Mill Avenue/Third Street station to get to Tempe Beach Park. There are 13 free park-and-rides lots in Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa. Overnight parking is not allowed at the park-and-rides. Visit valleymetro.org for more information.

Extra Innings Festival is cashless
Extra Innings Festival is a cashless event. Credit cards, debit cards and mobile payment methods are accepted.
Here's how Extra Innings Festival wristbands work
Wristbands must be worn securely on wrist for entry into the festival. Do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband or you will not be allowed in. Wristbands are nontransferable and nonexchangeable.
You can link your wristband with PayPal, Venmo or a credit card to buy food, drinks and merchandise. You can also add emergency contact information.
If your wristband is lost, stolen or damaged, visit the box office or Wristband Assistance Tent. There is a $20 replacement fee.
If your wristband is removed by festival security/event staff for any reason, it will not be replaced.
Extra Innings Festival Tempe re-entry policy
Patrons can leave and re-enter as often as they like until 7 p.m. Patrons will scan their wristband and pass through security each time they re-enter.
Wristbands must be scanned upon exit in order to re-enter that same day.

Extra Innings Festival 2024 bag policy
All bags will be searched before entry.
Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6 inches by 9 inches or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
All other bags must be clear and no larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches.
Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
What items are permitted in Tempe Beach Park?
The following items are allowed at Extra Innings Festival:
Baby strollers.
Frisbees.
Binoculars.
Blankets, sheets, towels.
Cameras (basic point-and-shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories.
Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles.
Sunscreen in nonaerosol containers of 3.4 ounces or less.
Personal-size hand sanitizer.
Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit.
Anyone with prescription medicine must present the pharmacy-labeled container stating the prescription, dosage and patient name to medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
Over-the-counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.
What items are prohibited at Extra Innings Festival 2024?
The following items are prohibited:
Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products.
Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use.)
Framed backpacks, multiple pocket backpacks and any pack that is not aligned with the bag policy.
Professional photo, video and audio equipment — detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or other commercial equipment.
Drones or any other remote flying devices.
Hammocks.
Glass containers.
Illegal and illicit substances.
Outside food or beverage (including alcohol).
Umbrellas.
Pets (except service animals).
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind.
Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
Weapons or explosives of any kind.
Fireworks.
Large chains or spiked jewelry.
Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance).
Carts of any kind (including wagons).
Chairs of any kind.

ADA and accessibility accommodations at Extra Innings
An accessible pick-up and drop-off location is at 222 S. Mill Ave. The accessible location and route to the main festival entrance will be marked with the international symbol of access. There are designated entrance lanes for patrons with disabilities.
Patrons with mobility impairments and deaf or hard of hearing patrons can request an accessibility wristband at the access center. The access center is inside the guest services tent by the main entrance gate. Look for the guest services signs.
The accessibility wristband allows the patron plus one companion to enter the accessible viewing areas or the deaf and hard of hearing areas. The accessibility wristband is nontransferable.
The wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. Both viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets.
Pets are not allowed. Miniature horses and dogs that have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome.
