Marin Hinkle and her ex-husband Randall Sommer have settled the terms of their divorce.

In documents obtained by PEOPLE, the former couple filed an uncontested declaration of default on Monday and have entered into a written agreement detailing the specifics of their separation.

Both the Two and a Half men alum and Sommer have requested the court to "reserve jurisdiction to award spousal or partner support in the future" to both parties but have reached a current agreement on the nature of said support.

The payment of the duo's attorney fees have also been determined in their written agreement, though the documents state that the order is "stipulated" based on the agreement of both parties, "pursuant to the Stipulated Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage."

The exes filed for divorce last September after 25 years of marriage.

“After careful consideration we have decided to end our marriage," they wrote in a joint statement shared with PEOPLE. "We remain caring friends with mutual respect, admiration and love for one another and for our son.“

Hinkle and Sommer tied the knot in August 1997. They later welcomed their now-teenage son Ben. The pair have been largely private about their personal life.

In April 2023, Hinkle told PEOPLE of her close friendship with her TV daughter Brosnahan and revealed that the duo "text each other all the time." She even shared a “funny” tidbit from one of their previous text exchanges and recalled how she once lent the actress some bagel money.

"She has a pilates class that's right near my house. This is a sweet little story," she laughed. "So one day, she texted me and she said, 'Are you home?' And I said, 'Yeah! Come on in.' And she goes, 'Can you lend me, like, $1?' And I was like, 'Are you kidding?'"

"It actually was $2. There's a bagel place underneath where my apartment is, and she needed a couple of dollars because it's cash only. I was like, 'I'm not giving you just a couple dollars. I'm giving you like at least a 20 and we can both have bagels and sit down together,'" she continued.

Hinkle added that the experience became a bonding session and Brosnahan later “came up and she met a whole bunch of relatives that were there and we ended up absolutely in awe of that girl.”

"But you know, she and I spent the time together," she said. "And we do that often."
