Tom Brady’s Suede Trench Coat Was a Completed Pass Into Double-Coverage
Tom Brady isn't having the easiest game of his career. The Patriots are up 3-0 over the Rams at halftime of Super Bowl LIII, which isn't nothing. But if you're Tom Brady, it's probably not the best news in the world, either. But there is a silver lining to all of this. Because even if Brady isn't exactly at the top of his (actual) game this evening, he's on his fashion game. In fact, he already took one incredibly difficult fashion move-wearing a suede trench coat, by none other than Tom Ford-and made it work.
When's the last time you heard someone say, "Oh, a suede trench coat? That'll definitely look great on you!" Yes, exactly: Never. Because it's near-impossible to look cool in a suede trench coat. And, here's the thing: Tom does. At least in my estimation.
To be fair, he also looks like a grown man flashing a peace sign in (sincerely, no joke) every single photo of him walking down the tunnel on the way into the game. So, it's definitely still Tom Brady. But it's Tom Brady looking great in a suede trench coat. Fan or not, you've got to give him credit.
