Timothée Chalamet Revives ‘Brat’ Green on SAG Awards 2025 Red Carpet in Leather Chrome Hearts Suit and Cartier Bolo Tie

“Brat summer” isn’t over for Timothée Chalamet just yet. The actor showed up at the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles, wearing a “Brat”-green shirt on the red carpet. His outfit was completed with a full leather black suit by Chrome Hearts, nodding to Bob Dylan’s signature style, and a diamond-encrusted Cartier bolo tie, adding a Western-inspired touch to his outfit.

Taylor McNeill styled Chalamet for the occasion. McNeill is also known for working with Kendrick Lamar.

The neon green shade became highly popular last June following Charli XCX’s viral “Brat” album release. The album’s backdrop color was embraced in fashion and makeup, aligning with the revival of ’90s grunge and Y2K styles.

At the 2025 SAG Awards, Chalamet was nominated for Outstanding Male Actor and Outstanding Cast in a Motion Picture for his portrayal of Bob Dylan in the film “A Complete Unknown.” During the movie’s press tour, Chalamet channeled Dylan’s wardrobe into his outfits, wearing skinny scarves and leather pieces.

More recently, Chalamet has switched to a Y2K-style streak. For an appearance at the 2025 Berlin Film Festival on Feb. 14, he wore a pastel pink monochromatic look by Chrome Hearts featuring a ribbed tank top, a hoodie, baggy denim pants with matching underwear peaking through and Timberland boots.

The 2025 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, held on Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles and hosted by Kristen Bell, honor the best performances in film and TV from 2024. “Shōgun” and “Wicked” lead the nominees with five nods each. Jane Fonda will receive the Life Achievement Award.
