Tiffany Haddish Leaves Front Row for Unexpected Walk on Monse’s NYFW Runway Following Kathy Hilton’s Playful Dare
Monse’s spring 2025 runway show during New York Fashion Week was already packed with star power in the front row, featuring notable names like Coco Rocha, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Kathy Hilton and Tiffany Haddish. However, it was Haddish who took the event to a whole new level of entertainment when she transitioned from a spectator to a participant, taking an unexpected turn on the catwalk.
Dressed in a chic Monse ensemble, Haddish sported a striking olive-green suit that perfectly captured the brand’s signature blend of modern sophistication with a playful edge. The suit featured a slightly oversized, boxy blazer with sharp shoulders and a deep V neckline, paired with wide-leg trousers that flowed as she walked. The satin finish of the fabric added a luxurious sheen to the ensemble, while the bold color brought a fresh, vibrant energy to the room.

Haddish accessorized her look with a metallic gold clutch that shimmered under the runway lights, perfectly complementing her outfit’s warm tones. Her hair was styled in intricate braids that cascaded down her back, adding a touch of texture to her tailored look. To complete the ensemble, she wore strappy, pointed-toe heels that elevated her strut down the runway.
WWD’s Emily Mercer recalls Haddish just ahead of her runway moment enthusiastically saying “I like this, I like this a lot” as a series of sequin-embellished evening gowns made their way down the runway. Mercer also highlighted other standout pieces from the collection, “Sporty striped polos in sheer pastel sequin hues offered a fresh look on the trending preppy trend, as did a one-of–a kind varsity jacket.”
The spontaneous moment occurred after Kathy Hilton dared Haddish to take part in the show’s finale walk, as shared by the Hiltons on social media. Haddish’s impromptu spring 2025 runway debut was met with cheers and applause, proving that she’s not only a force on screen, but also on the runway.
