Taylor Swift Finally Addresses Big Eras Tour Change
Very little seems to get past Taylor Swift’s most ardent fans—if she so much as flashes the sign for the number five, they’re convinced it means a new album is on the way.
But few things have been as closely studied as the pop superstar’s wardrobe choices, from what a plaid dress could mean to the possibility of a hidden message in a necklace (if it were upside down), and the singer has taken note of the attention to detail.

Swift kicked off the last leg of her wildly successful Eras Tour on Oct. 18 in Miami, Fla. and along with the general excitement of seeing her back in action, Swifties were quick to point out a major wardrobe change.
During the Reputation era of the concert, Swift has stayed loyal to a black and red sequined bodysuit, wearing it for every one of her Eras Tour shows. That is, until last Friday, when she unveiled a suit that swapped the red detailing for gold.
Fans took to social media to discuss what the change could mean, while also celebrating another sartorial switch in her show wardrobe—a new dress designed for the Fearless era of the concert.
Swift seemingly knows what’s up, given her latest Instagram post where, alongside a carousel of photos from the 3-night concert series in the Magic City, she wrote a touching caption about the crowd’s energy and how she feels about the tour coming to an end.
“I got some new outfits, and it’s always nice when the crowd notices that ??,” she also wrote, proclaiming that her fans are “just the best.” Swift continued, thanking “ everyone who came and everyone who followed along online,” before signing off with a look toward her next tour stop, New Orleans.
