Who is 'You' Star Penn Badgley Obsessed with in Real-Life?

On the hit Netflix show "You," Penn Badgley plays Joe, an intelligent stalker with a skewed set of morals that makes him oddly lovable. While he bounces from muses on the show, in real-life he only obsesses over one lucky lady, his wife of nearly three years Domino.

The two got married on February 27, 2017 at the New York City courthouse. After the ceremony, they shared bites and photos of their gluten-free, vegan wedding cake on Instagram.

However, unlike her ultra-famous hubby, Domino's life is a bit more private. Let's go over what we know about their relationship and Penn Badgley's leading lady.

The couple got married not once, but twice.

You can say Penn Badgley is obsessed with his wife alright, so much so that he married her twice. After their courthouse vows in February 2017, the couple remarried in June 2017 to include family and their celebrity friends in a bigger outdoor ceremony. Debra Messing and Zac Posen were among those in attendance at the second ceremony.

Domino Kirke-Badgley took to her Instagram to share a picture of her husband at their second ceremony, with the caption, "'You only get married twice, once' I love you @pennbadgley."

Penn penned his love to her on Instagram.

In December 2019, Penn documented his love for his wife on her birthday by writing her a sentimental statement on Instagram.

"Happy birthday, Dom. A super-brief review of your invisible qualities: A truly radiant soul, you seem to spark alight almost everyone you meet, like a 99% success rate. While that explains why Penn loves his wife so much, you may be wondering, what does she do while he's off shooting "You" and other hit shows?

While her husband is busy acting, Domino runs Carriage House Birth, a wellness company that focuses on training doulas and offering "birth and postpartum services," according to its website.

WebMD explains a doula is a person that offers physical and emotional support to a woman while she gives birth. Domino's site explains its doulas work with pregnant women before and after they give birth to help them adjust to changes.

Domino appreciates Penn for being a "good stepdad" to her son Cassius.

Domino also has a child from her previous relationship, her 10-year-old son Cassius. Judging by her professional aspirations, it seems Domino takes motherhood very seriously so deciding to bring Penn into her little tribe was a big deal for her.

Last October, she gave the scoop to US Weekly, praising her husband for stepping up to the task of raising a child.

"He's a really good stepdad. He doesn't have to be 'dad' so he can have more fun with him. It's really nice. The stepparent thing is definitely unchartered territory for me cause I didn't grow up with one, but...he takes care of him really well," Domino told US Weekly.
