Sneak a peek at Chris Martin doing 'Carpool Karaoke' with James Corden

Chris Martin is buckling up for a musical ride with James Corden.

The Coldplay singer will appear on the Tuesday night edition of The Late Late Show (CBS, 12:35 a.m.) in “Carpool Karaoke,” the viral bit in which famous people croon their hits with Corden in a car. Martin’s installment — which includes such singles as “Adventure of a Lifetime” and “Viva La Vida” — is built around the fact that he needs to get to Santa Clara for Coldplay’s halftime performance at Super Bowl 50.

“It’s more of a road trip than it is a Carpool in many ways,” Corden told EW. “I’m such a fan of his. I’m a fan of that band — they mean the world to me. It was very funny. He brought a keyboard over, and it involved an overnight stay.”
