Simple Plan, We the Kings latest in Outer Harbor show announcements
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Pop-punk band Simple Plan and alternative rock band We the Kings are the latest announced acts coming to the Outer Harbor this summer.
Simple Plan was formed in Montreal in 1999 and have put out six studio albums. They have been nominated and have won numerous awards including a Teen Choice Award in 2005. They’re best known for songs “I’m Just a Kid,” “Perfect,” and “Welcome To My Life.”
The band will be performing alongside Winona Fighter and We The Kings at 7 p.m. on June 1.
We The Kings is known for platinum single “Check Yes Juliet” that made the Billboard Hot 100 when it was released in 2007. The band was formed in Brandenton, Florida in 2005 and has released six albums over 11 years.
Punk band Winona Fighter, formed in 2022, boasts over 113,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Tickets for the June show go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
