In the video, we see Stone come out of the pool in a triangular, black, and olive striped bikini that perfectly shows off her toned physique. She’s also wearing ankle weights as a part of her workout routine (and don’t forget her dog, who is so excited to see his mom)!
Stone shouted out coach Kristine Marie, who seemingly helped her with her pool workout routine.
Not only do we see a stunning bikini video from her, but we also see a glimpse into her workout routine. Stone has been more focused on her health and workout routine now than ever.
“I don’t choose to make growing older a negative. I choose to get older. Growing older is my goal … I was in an ICU for nine days and the survival rate for what I went through is very low. I don’t need someone to make me feel bad about growing older. I’ll tell you what makes you feel bad: when you think you might not,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “I work for it. I work at everything. To me, discipline is a kind of freedom.”
Per Good Housekeeping, she even uses the bathtub for water workouts by doing leg lifts in the bathtub with water resistance.
Also, in a previous interview via MSN, Stone shared that self-confidence is key to maintaining her confidence. “You feel more attractive, even sexier than before, because you’re at ease,” she explained, “You’re less consumed by the nagging thought, ‘Do I look good?’ You already know you do,” she said.
