Sarah Paulson Pairs Sparkling Black Aquazzura Pumps with Avant-Garde Marc Jacobs Gown at Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2025
Sarah Paulson wore an unmissable red gown with sparkling black pumps at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Radhika Jones in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
Paulson went with a bold red dress for the evening, donning a unique ankle-length garment with a bubble skirt and large bulbous accents at the waist and shoulders. The avant-garde look hails from Marc Jacobs, a designer known to push conventions. A pair of dangling feather earrings complemented the dress in addition to a miniature black purse.

Paulson accented the head-turning dress with a pair of sparkling black pumps. The semi-sheer crystal-embellished shoes featured a pointed toe and a vamp that thins into a narrow straps leading to an enclosed heel; the back of the shoe includes a bow adornment. The set appeared to be Aquazzura’s Bow Tie Crystal Tulle Pumps, which retail for $1,215 from the luxury brand. The Bow Tie is a popular style — Lisa wore a silver crystal-embellished version at the Season 3 premiere of “The White Lotus” in February. Keke Palmer wore a white iteration of the Bow Tie style back in November.
The Oscars 2025, officially known as the 97th Academy Awards, are taking place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 2. The ceremony will honor movies released in 2024. Conan O’Brian will host the event that will celebrate films like “Wicked,” “The Substance,” “The Brutalist, “A Complete Unknown,” “Emilia Pérez” and more. Notable nominees for acting categories include Zoe Salda?a, Ariana Grande, Demi Moore, Colman Domingo and more.
