SAG Awards 2025 Red Carpet Host Sasheer Zamata Shines in Metallic Sheer Gown by Temperley London
Sasheer Zamata was beaming on the red carpet of the SAG Awards 2025. The actress and comedian arrived at the event while wearing a shining gown by Temperley London.
Zamata, who hosted the SAG Awards pre-show alongside Lilly Singh, opted for a gown that embraced both the metallic and sheer trends. The “Agatha Along” actress wore the Temperley London’s Atlas dress, which features an open back and ornate sequin pattern atop sheer fabric. Zamata paired the gown with velvet bow-topped slingback heels, and completed her look with a diamond lariat necklace, a diamond tennis bracelet, diamond rings and diamond earrings.

Zamata’s Atlas dress has been a popular red carpet choice in recent months. Elizabeth Hurley also opted to wear the Peach version of the gown to the world premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical” this past December. Hurley, who attended the event alongside her son Damian, paired the gown with gold platform sandals, dangling gold earrings and a cross necklace.
Metallics have also been trending on the red carpet and runway in recent months. In January, metallics were one of the biggest style takeaways from the spring 2025 couture collections, with ample shine on the runways belonging to Giorgio Armani, Elie Saab, Tamara Ralph, Zhuhair Murad, Gaurav Gupta, and Schiaparelli. Not to mention metallic dresses have been a go-to at awards shows this season, from the CMA Awards in November to the Emmy Awards in September.
The 2025 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, held on Feb. 23 at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles and hosted by Kristen Bell, honor the best performances in film and TV from 2024. “Shōgun” and “Wicked” lead the nominees with five nods each. Jane Fonda will receive the Life Achievement Award. This year, particular attention will be given to the Screen Actors Guild Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund to support members affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.
This year’s SAG Awards red carpet also brought out Anna Sawai, Millie Bobby Brown, Elle Fanning, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Joey King, Zooey Deschanel and more.
