Ryan Gosling’s New Wax Figure Is Really Creepy

Hey girl … where’s Ryan Gosling?

On Monday, the La La Land star’s wax figure was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Berlin, and it didn’t quite hit the mark. The statue resembles Gosling, sure, but something definitely got lost in translation from Hollywood to Germany.

The hands-in-pockets pose is pretty spot-on, but that’s where the similarities end. This wax figurine is much too thin; Ryan’s forehead appears overly Botoxed (and it’s huge); the facial hair is icky; and his blue eyes look like they are piercing in a threatening way. If anything, this creation looks more like a messed-up mashup of Armie Hammer and Andrew Garfield … but creepier. Way creepier.

For you Ryan Gosling fans dying to see the heartthrob in wax, may we suggest Madame Tussauds in London? Eva Mendes’s beau looks way hotter and more like himself across the pond.
