'Run, Forrest, Run!' Ohio State University Marching Band takes on 'Forrest Gump' in latest show
"Run, Forrest, Run!"
In its second halftime show of the 2024 football season, the Ohio State University Marching Band is taking it back to 1994, dedicating the show to the hit movie "Forrest Gump."
Directed by Robert Zemeckis and starting Tom Hanks, "Forrest Gump" has a soundtrack filled with classic rock hits, many of which TBDBITL will perform including "Running on Empty" by Jackson Browne, "Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival and "Break on Through (To the Other Side)" by The Doors.
The Ohio State marching band's first show of the 2024 season showcased music by the band Earth, Wind & Fire.
