Listing details note this is first time in more than two decades the “Dutch-influenced” two-parcel compound of nearly an acre has been available “in more than two decades.” And, indeed, as best as this property gossip can tell from a careful examination of property records, Mister Nicita — one of Tom Cruise’s agents at CAA — and Miz Wagner — a multi-dimension industry veteran and Tom Cruise’s producing partner — purchased the bulk of the city view estate in early 1990 for $2,545,000 and the remainder was acquired in early 1994 for $1.3 million.
