The Prodigy Announce 2025 Australian Tour
The Prodigy have announced an east coast tour of Australia, set to take place in February 2025 – almost exactly five years since their last run of shows here circa 2019. The tour itinerary, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information, can be accessed below.
Less than a month after The Prodigy completed their Australian tour in February 2019, vocalist Keith Flint was found dead in his apartment at the age of 49. The surviving members – vocalist Maxim Reality and keyboardist/producer Liam Howlett – subsequently cancelled their remaining tour dates for the rest of the year. After vowing to continue in Flint’s honour, the band reconvened in 2022 and have been touring ever since – including an extensive run on the European festival circuit this year.
The Prodigy – ‘Breathe’
The Prodigy’s new live show consists of Reality fronting the band, Howlett manning synthesizers and electronics, Rob Holliday switching between guitar and bass and longtime drummer Leo Crabtree. It features multiple tributes to Flint, including a dazzling light display showing his likeness during Flint’s signature song ‘Firestarter’.
