Planning date night? These Daytona-area restaurants to offer special Valentine’s Day menus
As Valentine's Day quickly approaches, many of us are looking for the perfect place to treat someone special and celebrate love, of all forms, in our lives this year. Several Daytona-area restaurants will offer customers thoughtfully curated, layered menus for those looking to dine out during the romantic holiday. If you're having trouble deciding where to feast, check out these local restaurants and what they'll have in store for guests this Valentine's Day.
Pizza Pazza

Pizza Pazza will take reservations for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. The Port Orange pizza shop will offer a holiday menu featuring cheese tortellini paesano ($19.99) — fresh pancetta, mushrooms and peas sautéed in a white cream sauce; gnocchi Napolitano ($20.99) — gnocchi tossed in a homemade vodka sauce and topped with fresh burrata; and chicken cacciatore ($21.99) — fresh onions, mushrooms, green peppers and rosemary sautéed in homemade marinara sauce.
According to a Facebook post, all entrees will be served with homemade bread, a side salad, a glass of wine per the guest’s choice and a dessert.
Outriggers Tiki Bar & Grille

Outriggers Tiki Bar & Grille, known for its waterfront views and seafood selections, is taking reservations for its special holiday dinner. The eatery’s Valentine’s Day menu will include the colossal king crab cocktail; honey chipotle smoked salmon; potato-crusted Chilean sea bass; prosciutto sun-kissed tomato oyster Rockefeller — prosciutto, baby spinach, sun-kissed tomato sambuca beurre blanc; and chateaubriand — a peppercorn-seared, 10-ounce, center-cut tenderloin with lobster and red pepper-infused whipped potatoes, wilted bitter greens and a trumpet mushroom bourbon demi glaze.
The eatery will also offer a variety of cocktails including the chocolate peanut butter old fashioned and vanilla espresso martini.
Don Giovanni Contemporary Italian and Pizzeria

Don Giovanni’s will offer a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner priced at $100 per couple. Reservations are available for 4, 6 or 8 p.m. and can be made by calling the restaurant. The authentic Italian eatery will offer customers their choice of one appetizer (bruschetta, fried calamari, eggplant rollatini), one entrée per person (eggplant rollatini lasagna, chicken bruschetta, shrimp scampi, lobster ravioli and more) and a shareable dessert (lemon sorbet, tiramisu, cannoli, coppa gelato), as well as a bottle of red or white wine.
The Spott

New Smyrna Beach’s The Spott restaurant will be taking reservations for guests looking to enjoy the eatery’s Valentine’s Day menu and craft cocktails. The holiday menu features a variety of dishes, including the prime filet mignon; butter-poached Atlantic halibut; braised lamb shank; Valentine's salad — butternut squash, Belgian endives, feta, pomegranate, pistachio, pomegranate molasses and local greens — and foie gras toast on Dutch Oven Bread Company sourdough.
The eatery will also offer dessert, like the crispy gelato — cookie coated and fried salted caramel gelato, burnt honey anglaise and phyllo nest.
Little Italy’s Ristorante

Little Italy’s Ristorante will offer a four-course dinner and wine pairing this Valentine’s Day. The dinner will be priced at $135 per person and reservations will be available from 5:30–9 p.m. The holiday menu will feature customers’ choice of appetizer (mussels, arancini, crudo burrata, carpaccio), choice of salad (Caesar, house, or pear and gorgonzola), choice of entrée (Tuscan salmon, lobster and linguine, lamb lollipops, Bolognese, amatriciana, or clams and linguine) and choice of dessert (pear panna cotta, cannoli, tiramisu or limoncello).
The Anchor Flagler Beach

The Anchor restaurant in Flagler Beach will offer a limited holiday menu this Valentine's Day. Reservations are recommended and can be made beginning at 4 p.m. by calling the restaurant. The eatery has a full bar and offers specialty cocktails like Love Potion — Ketel one, Chambord, pineapple, and champagne — while its dinner menu includes crab-stuffed Portobello mushrooms; seared salmon; chicken roulade — stuffed with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and wrapped in bacon; halibut puttanesca — zesty puttanesca sauce and linguine layered with fresh, seared halibut; and desserts like red velvet cake or hummingbird cake.
The Bounty at Flagler Tavern

The Bounty at Flagler Tavern, located upstairs in the popular Flagler Avenue restaurant, will offer a six-course Valentine’s Day tasting menu beginning at 6:30 p.m. with the purchase of tickets. Seating is limited, and tickets can be purchased online for $99.50 per person.
The special holiday menu includes the Aww, Shucks — fresh shucked raw East Coast oyster, watermelon and mint mignonette; It Is Officially A Crush — pistachio-crusted lamb pops served with a cabernet demi glaze; The First Date — Maine lobster bisque, crème fresh, chives; Meet The Parents — burrata served over marinated heirloom tomatoes, fresh peaches, basil and arugula; Moving In Together — tender filet, roasted mushrooms and shallots, served with duchess potatoes and asparagus spears; and She Said Yes — vanilla sponge cake, strawberry buttercream, chocolate-covered strawberries and macarons.
Looper’s Par and Grille

Looper’s Par and Grille will treat guests to an early Valentine’s dinner with live music and reservations available from 5–9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9. According to a Facebook post, the holiday dinner will be priced at $130 per couple and will include each couple’s choice of one wine (Austin Hope Chardonnay or Coppola Director's Cut Cabernet), one appetizer (sambuca mussels in a white wine cream sauce or lamb chop lollipops with mint chutney), two entrées (red wine-braised short ribs over butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage cream sauce, Chilean sea bass over lemongrass coconut rice with avocado-kiwi salsa, 12-ounce French center-cut pork chop with apple-cinnamon compound butter chutney, or black cherry and manchego cheese stuffed chicken breast over a black bean cake topped with a black cherry gastrique with broccoli rabe) and a shared dessert (mini strawberry heart cake with chocolate icing).
Funky Pelican

Funky Pelican will be cooking up a special surf and turf Valentine's Day dinner this holiday. The eatery will be offering guests an eight-ounce flatiron and six-ounce lobster tail with compound butter, served alongside mashed potatoes and vegetables for $42, as well as a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for $50. The dinner will be offered on a first come, first served basis while supplies last, and reservations will not be accepted.
Corkscrew Bar and Grille

Corkscrew Bar and Grille will offer specialty cocktails for the upcoming holiday, with 11:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. happy hour. The romantic, New Smyrna Beach restaurant will also feature a variety of chef specials for Valentine's Day, while still offering their normal dinner menu. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant.
Mama Foo Foo

Mama Foo Foo will offer guests a three-course Valentine's Day dinner priced at $80 for one person or $150 for two. The first course will include your choice of Thai curry coconut cauliflower soup, sesame seared yellowfin tuna, or a little gem wedge salad with blue cheese dressing; the second course will offer filet medallions, seared black grouper or chicken Florentine; the third course will offer a dark chocolate tart with cherry ganache, strawberry shortcake c cheesecake or vanilla gelato, black pepper Infused with Olive Oil and topped with sea salt. Dine-in or takeout is available.
