Featured on the stacked lineup are música Mexicana artists such as Gabito Ballesteros, and Xavi, who led Rolling Stone‘s “19 Latin Artists We’re Rooting For in 2024.” Cornejo’s performance is teased as “special” for Saturday’s fest. Also making appearances are reggaetoneros such as Young Miko, Mora, and Jowell y Randy. “La Bachata” singer Manuel Turizo, Spanish singer Bad Gyal, Rels B, álvaro Díaz, Dani Flow and Latin Mafia will also perform.
Tickets for the festival go on sale on Jan. 25 with General Admission entry starting at $310, VIP tickets — with exclusive restrooms, dedicated food, and free water stations — beginning at $660, and all-inclusive El Sue?o tickets — with complimentary food, drinks, prime viewing area, and expedited entry —starting at $1,880. New to this year’s fest, tickets include all fees except taxes and shipping.
The first fest was held in 2022 with Ozuna, J Balvin, and Wisin y Yandel as headliners. According to CBS, the festival welcomed 45,000 people in 2022, and organizers were “surprised” by the welcoming response. Last year, Sue?os saw Feid, Wisin y Yandel, Grupo Firme, and Nicki Jam as headliners.
“Ever since launching Baja Beach Fest in 2018, our dreams were to be able to expand an authentic reggaetón and Latin festival to the U.S,” co-founders of Baja Beach Fest Aaron Ampudia and Chris Den Uijl told Rolling Stone ahead of the first festival. “Being able to do it in Chicago with the producers of Lollapalooza in the iconic Grant Park makes it extra special.”
