Paris Hilton, husband Carter Reum make first red carpet appearances since becoming parents

Paris Hilton is back on the red carpet for the first time after becoming a new mom. (Obligatory "that's hot" moment.)

Less than two weeks after revealing that she and husband Carter Reum had welcomed their first child via surrogate, the two new parents stepped out for date night Saturday on the red carpet at Clive Davis's pre-Grammys gala at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

"Mom and Dad’s first night out," Hilton captioned an Instagram post from the evening, along with the hashtag "#Sliving." She opted for a glittering black off-the-shoulder gown by Celine and pointed black Sarah Flint heels; Reum chose a black velvet tuxedo.

And the couple was back again on the carpet the next evening at the Grammy Awards – also Reum's birthday – where Hilton showed off a sparkly Celine gown and the same pair of pointed Sarah Flint heels with a fun half top knot and Reum wore an all-black tuxedo.

"Happy birthday to the love of my life, my best friend and the most incredible father to our baby boy," Hilton wrote on Instagram. "I'm so proud to call you mine. Here's to all your dreams coming true! Love you forever."

The social media mogul, reality star and DJ, 41, welcomed her first child, a son, with venture capitalist Reum, 42, her representative confirmed Jan. 24 to USA TODAY.

Hilton alluded to her new bundle of joy on Instagram, posting a picture of what appears to be her baby's hand grasping her thumb.

"You are already loved beyond words," Hilton wrote, adding a blue heart emoji.

Hilton opened up about her life as a mom in a statement to People: "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," she said. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."

The couple said "I do" in November 2021, nine months after Reum proposed on Hilton's 40th birthday. Hilton later wrote a blog post on her website with her initial reaction to the celebration and becoming a "new wife."

In a SiriusXM interview in April, Hilton said she and Reum had been planning to start a family for a while.

"We've been talking about kids since the beginning, since the first couple months of dating," she said. "We want like three or four."
