The couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony last weekend at an undisclosed location in the U.S.
A source with knowledge about the ceremony told The Sun in an article published on Friday, May 24 that the couple were "quietly" married with Brown's parents and Bongiovi's father, musician Jon Bon Jovi, in attendance.
The two lovebirds are reportedly planning a "bigger ceremony" later in 2024, but for now have enjoyed "a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows,” according to the outlet. The ceremony was also reported on Friday by People.
The wedding of the Stranger Things star and the son of the "Livin' on a Prayer" singer came just over one year after the couple shared the news of their engagement on Instagram in April 2023.
“I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all,” Brown wrote in an Instagram caption accompanying their engagement announcement.

Following their low-key nuptials, Brown, 20, and Bongiovi, 22, kicked off married life with a day out in the Hamptons. In photos obtained by People, the pair sported casual outfits as they shopped around town. They later drove around in a Ford convertible with the top down to soak up the sunny weather.
The newlyweds first revealed that they were dating with a series of photos posted on Instagram in 2021. They have been spotted together at several red-carpet events over the years, with Bongiovi supporting Brown at her various movie releases and television premieres.
The couple have occasionally been accompanied by the “Wanted Dead or Alive” singer, who tagged along for the world premiere of Brown’s Netflix movie Damsel in March 2024.
The proud father spoke fondly of his son’s relationship with the Enola Holmes actress at the 2024 MusiCares Person of the Year event, at which he was the special award recipient.
“They're growing together,” Bon Jovi said at the time of the February 2024 event. “They're madly in love and we love them both for that. It's an exciting adventure.”
Nearly a year into their engagement, Brown shared the story of how Bongiovi proposed during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The actress explained that the two had first bonded over diving, leading Bongiovi to propose to Brown underwater. After she accepted his proposal, the ring he’d placed on her finger fell off, causing him to plunge deeper into the water until he was able to retrieve the ring.
“I truly feel like it’s a reflection of who he is, and I feel like we’re always going to have each other’s back, and if anyone drops the ball, we got it,” Brown said of her partner’s sweet proposal.
