‘The Masked Singer’ exclusive clip: Ken Jeong definitely knows Paparazzo is this ‘dear friend’ of his on ‘Shrek Night’
Ken Jeong is channeling his inner Lord Farquaad on this week’s “Shrek Night” episode of The Masked Singer — and he’s more confident than ever. On Wednesday, the Fox reality TV singing competition celebrates the 30th anniversary of DreamWorks, the animation studio that brought the magic of Shrek to the world.
In an exclusive preview clip below, Ken lays out his theory about who is hiding behind the Paparazzo mask.

“Real talk — and you guys probably know him too,” Ken says to his co-panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, and Rita Ora. “The voice reminds me of my dear friend Seth Green. He was in the movie Old Dogs with Robin Williams, and the on-stage clue of being “the voiceover prince” — you hear him every week on Family Guy — this could be Seth Green, my buddy.”
Host Nick Cannon calls it a “good guess,” but is Ken correct? We’ve got our own theory about Paparazzo’s identity, but we won’t know for sure until the flashy mystery celeb unmasks. This week Paparazzo faces off against Ant, Coral, and Fuzzy Peas as Group A takes the stage for the second time. In last week’s premiere episode, Cedric the Entertainer was the first celebrity to be unmasked after singing “SexyBack” as Honey Pot.
This week, Group A shows off their fairy-tale pipes by performing songs from or inspired by the Shrek-cellent movie franchise: “Accidentally in Love,” “Hallelujah,” “I’m a Believer,” and “Wide Awake.” Tune in to see who will be unmasked in the all-new “Shrek Night” episode of The Masked Singer airing Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
