Maika Monroe had reservations when she first heard about the 'It Follows' sequel

It's been a decade since "It Follows" was released. So when Maika Monroe first learned that David Robert Mitchell was working on a sequel to the cult indie horror film, she had some reservations. "It was just so iconic at that time when it came out and the way that it ended," she said. But when Monroe read Mitchell's script for "They Follow," her fears were quickly alleviated. The actor, who stars in "Longlegs," in theaters now, alongside Nicolas Cage, is set to begin production on the "It Follows" sequel with Mitchell next year. (July 17)
