On Monday, the reality star and drummer shared a joint Instagram post showing off one of their couples Halloween costumes.
The pair recreated outfits from the wedding scene in Beetlejuice, with Kardashian Barker as Lydia Deetz and Barker as Beetlejuice.
The Poosh founder draped her bright red dress over her baby bump while Barker sported a maroon suit. "I'm the ghost with the most, babe," they captioned the post.
Weeks before welcoming their baby, Kardashian Barker addressed a "medical emergency" she underwent after having an urgent fetal surgery. Sharing a photo to her Instagram of her hand intertwined with her husband's, the Lemme founder opened up about her scary situation.
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life," she began her caption. "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this."
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear," she shared. "I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."
She concluded, "Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍."
Kardashian Barker first announced her pregnancy news in June by holding up a handwritten sign at her husband's Blink-182 concert.
The couple then confirmed the happy news when they both posted a video of the special moment on Instagram. In the clip, a black-clad Kardashian Barker smiled and jumped up and down in the crowd at Los Angeles' BMO Stadium as she held up a sign with large black letters that said: “Travis I’m Pregnant!”
The video continued with Barker looking shocked on stage as one of his bandmates was heard saying, "Someone's having a baby!" The surprised drummer then made his way into the audience to embrace his wife.
