The country star highlighted how there's "there’s no one on the planet easier to celebrate" than her 'Outer Banks' star boyfriend
Kelsea Ballerini is putting her love for Chase Stokes on full display in honor of his birthday.
The singer, 31, took to Instagram on Monday, Sept. 16, to share a carousel post of images of her Outer Banks star boyfriend, who turned 32 that day.
"It’s my favorite humans birthday and there’s no one on the planet easier to celebrate. i adore you with my whole a-- heart @hichasestokes ??," she wrote alongside the post.
Images Ballerini shared included shots of her jumping into Stokes' arms, the latter blowing a kiss at her, the couple embracing, Stokes with his dog, Milo, and Ballerini's dog, Dibs, the happy couple kissing and even a video of Stokes receiving what appears to be a parking ticket.

Stokes responded to the post in its comments, writing, "Bahahaha the car seat video. I love you Ballerini ??."
Since first sparking dating rumors after Stokes posted a cuddly photo of himself and Ballerini back in January 2023 at the Georgia vs. TCU game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., the couple initially teased their relationship in a handful of interviews, but eventually went public with their romance on the CMT Awards red carpet in April 2023.
Prior to their romance, Ballerini and Morgan Evans were married for almost five years, with the singer ultimately filing for divorce in August 2022.
Stokes was previously linked to his Outer Banks costar Madelyn Cline, whom he dated for over a year before announcing their breakup in November 2021.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Stokes opened up about the current state of his relationship with Ballerini, whom he has dated for a year and a half.
“We wanted to set up a sense of real life out here for a little while,” he said of the couple's decision to establish a joint-home base in Los Angeles. “When you're constantly bouncing around all the time, it's hard to ground yourself. We’re just trying to find a new sense of normalcy.”
Further reflecting on Ballerini's upcoming body of work, Patterns, which, at points, gets personal about their relationship, Stokes highlighted how the album has “been something that has inspired me to get deeper into myself, into my art."
"I want to challenge myself in the ways that she constantly is. I don't want to just be the guy from Outer Banks, and I won't ever let myself be that," he said.
