Kate Beckinsale's 'Out Of Office' Bikini Sets Instagram On Fire

Kate Beckinsale is looking smoking hot these days. The 46-year-old actress has one of the fiercest bodies in Hollywood- in fact, it looks like Kate's bikini body is out to rival those of starlets half her age.

Kate took to Instagram recently with a sizzling bikini update, shortly followed by the same look delivered with Kate's signature humor. Both snaps showed the Pearl Harbor actress looking sensationally toned, although that should be of no surprise to anyone familiar with Kate's grueling workout regimen.

The Bikini To Rival All Bikinis

Kate's first photo showed her indoors and posing in front of semi-open blinds. The star was standing in front of an oversized futon and striking a sultry pose as she toyed with her hair and held a pair of shades.

Eyes were likely on the fierce swimwear body, though. Kate was flaunting her sensational physique in a tiny and high-waisted black bikini with a strapless finish and some criss-cross waist bands. Kate wore heeled shoes to further elongate her long legs, with the camera definitely taking them in.

A fun caption from Kate joked that the snap was out of her "office."

Instagram Is Officially In Love

Kate's update didn't go unnoticed. The first photo racked up over 232,000 likes in the space of four hours, bringing in over 4,400 comments in the same time frame.

There was more, though. Following her solo snap, Kate returned to the platform with a photo of herself and a male pal. The bikini returned with the addition of a wide-brimmed and floppy hat, although Kate delivered a duo look here with her pal contrasting her via a white pair of swimwear briefs.

The sun-drenched snap came with an amusing caption from Kate: the star joked that she'll "swap Speedos" with her friend from time to time.

That Body Didn't Build Itself

Kate's rock-hard body didn't come out of thin air. The British actress is a renowned workout queen, with everything from her Instagram workouts with Gunnar Peterson to those gym run paparazzi shots being living proof.

Speaking to Shape, Kate revealed what she puts her body through.

"I do circuit training interspersed with brutal cardio, such as crazy things on a nonmotorized treadmill. That part is torture. But the thing I like about circuit training is that you're never doing one thing for very long. You get to the point where you almost can't bear it, and it changes to something else," Kate said.

Ditching Being A Vegetarian- Not Your Average Starlet

While half of Hollywood seems to be vegan these days, Kate bucks the trend. The star was vegetarian, but she ditched it, per her Shape interview.

"I was a vegetarian for a really long time because I am incredibly squeamish about meat. But when I was filming Pearl Harbor, I didn't have enough energy, and the trainer I was working with at the time said ‘You've got to start eating chicken and fish.' So I did, and that helped me," Kate told the magazine.

The Star Who'll Squat Weights Over A Toilet

Kate's workout videos bring a little something different to the table. The crop tops and abs don't render Kate unique amid Hollywood's workout queens, but the star's sense of humor does.

Kate has literally squatted barbells over a toilet over on her Instagram. A workout video of Kate with Gunnar showed just this earlier this year.
