Julia Fox Evokes Office Siren Trend With No Pants Suiting at Vanity Fair and Instagram’s 2025 Young Hollywood Party

Julia Fox put a sultry spin on the tailoring trend at Vanity Fair and Instagram’s annual Vanities party in Los Angeles, which celebrates Hollywood’s rising stars.

Fox revived the “no pants” trend that took off following Miu Miu’s fall 2023 fashion show. Creative director Miuccia Prada sent models down the runway in knit and sequined undergarments. Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner were even earlier trendsetters, wearing innerwear as outerwear on the streets of New York and Los Angeles as far back as 2022.

Fox added an “office siren” twist to the look with lace underwear, tights and a white button-up emblazoned with Kappa’s “Omini” logo along the sleeves. A black tie, leather jacket, belt and pointy pumps topped off her ensemble.

The “Presence” star is routinely styled by her close friend, Briana Andalore, who also counts Dove Cameron and JT of the rap duo City Girls as clients.

Fox wore her blond tresses in a messy updo, courtesy of hairdresser John Novotny, while her makeup consisted of gray eye shadow, pink blush and a nude lip.

The bestselling author recently fronted MAC’s latest campaign, which highlights the brand’s expansive line of nude lip shades.

“I Only Wear MAC,” which also featured Martha Stewart and Tiffany “New York” Pollard, celebrated the return of iconic hues like Fleshpot and Acting Natural, along with new daring combinations.

“We wanted to ignite a conversation that extends far beyond beauty,” said MAC’s global creative director Drew Elliott. “We’re proving that MAC nudes are not just about blending in — they’re about standing out and sparking pop-cultural chaos.”
