Johnny Gaudreau’s Toddler Practices Hockey in Adorable Video
Late NHL star Johnny Gaudreau’s daughter is melting hearts as she was seen practicing hockey in a new adorable video. The clip comes after brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau passed away last month in a tragic accident. They were struck by a car while biking down a county road together.
Earlier this month, the Gaudreau family held the brothers’ funeral after suffering this tragic loss. During the memorial service, Johnny’s widow, Meredith, announced that she was pregnant with her third child with the late NHL star. The couple share a daughter, Noa Harper Gaudreau, and a son, Johnny Edward Gaudreau. Now, a recent video of Noa has shown that she is already following in her late father’s footsteps.

Johnny and Matthew’s younger sister, Katie Gaudreau, who was meant to tie the knot on the weekend her brothers passed away, shared an adorable video of her niece Noa. She posted a reel in her Instagram story, which was originally shared by one of her friends. In the video, Noa was seen playing floor hockey with a tennis ball and also had a mini goal post, reported People Magazine. The Instagram reel was captioned, “Noa loves her Auntie Katie.”
Following Johnny’s passing, Meredith shared a touching tribute to her late husband. She penned that the late NHL star was “the absolute best dad in the world.” Meredith continued that Johnny was “the best partner to go through parenthood with,” and he “never missed a single appointment.” Moreover, Johnny “was the best at putting the baby to sleep and the Apple of Noa’s eye.”
Meredith added, “I love how much she looks like him.” Before ending the emotional tribute, she wrote, “We are going to make you proud.” Johnny and Meredith’s daughter, Noa, will turn two later this month.
